27 year old straight professional male looking to share an urban loft-style apt with another young professional or student in their 20's or early-to-mid 30's. couples are also acceptable. loft is located in the heart of the washington avenue garment/loft district in downtown saint louis. it's a 2 bed 1 bath corner unit on the 7th floor with 1410 sq. ft. of space.amenities include:
all utilities included except electric, which is average around $75 when split between two people.
all the cable channels, including movie channels, hd channels, and internet are all free since i work for charter communications.
big 56" hdtv in the living room with surround sound, tivo, xbox 360, wii, and playstation 2.
cable hookup in spare bedroom is available.
dishwasher and washer/dryer are included and located in the unit.
huge clubhouse and pool on the rooftop with amazing views!
polished concrete floors and original exposed brick walls.
lots of floor to ceiling windows with a great view of washington ave.
solid blinds keep the light out of the bedrooms very well and protect your privacy.
lots of restaurants, shops, bars, and clubs located within a few blocks... some are right next door!!

within walking distance of city museum, edward jones dome, scottrade center, busch stadium, and the landing!

is reliable when it comes to money, bills, rent, can clean up after themselves, and is not messy.
someone who is social and generally happy, polite, and respectful.
