hi there! my fiancee and i (i'm 18, he is 22) were looking to upgrade our studio apartment- or as i like to call it, "the cubicle"- to a two bedroom in march...but we can't do it without a roommate! that's where you come in! a little about us: the first thing you should know? we're complete nerds. yup, we are perfectly content to just sit down with a mountain dew or iced tea and grab a controller to play our favorite game all night. i happen to be a music junkie, more specifically a rock music junkie. 70's-80's punk and metal? you'd be surprised how much i know! ^^ also a huge fan of rammstein, system of a down, etc. (not so much into rap or pop, though.) we also have two wonderful pet rats named henry and gregory. as far as roommates go...hm, someone to talk to while i look for a job and the man is at work, with a dark sense of humor. we're not organized people, but are pretty good about staying on top of housework. the place will have a dishwasher- washing dishes by hand is not very fun, i've noticed. also, we tend to stay up late. as in midnight-2am on weekdays, later on weekends! we live in sunbrook apartments in st. charles, right next to the highway and just across from st. peters. the rent is $585, so you would paying a little less than $300 on your part of rent, plus half of the electric and internet bills. there is a pool, clubhouse, and weight room here should you feel the need to catch some sun or burn off that big mac lunch. there is a $200 pet fee for any dogs or cats, and cats must be declawed and litterbox trained. we would love another fluffy addition ,though! hm, i've rambled enough...if you have any questions or are curious about the floor plans, feel free to contact me! ^^
