we are a married couple in our twenties but lead busy work and school lives. we have a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment and are wanting to rent out our extra bedroom and bathroom. the bedroom is large and has a big walk-in closet. the bathroom is also large with both tub and shower. we have a queen size bed and small dresser if you need them along with some lamps. the apartment is clean and in good condition. the apartment complex is safe and near walmart, aldi's, and many other stores, restaurants, and bowling alley. you will be off hwy 94 and really close to hwy 70, hwy 270 and hwy 61/40/64. it is a very convenient place to live and close to everything. we have a washer and dryer you are free to use as well as high speed wifi. we don't have a cable service but you are welcome to get it if you want, we just usually watch netflix. we don't have kids, dogs, or cats. we also do not smoke, drink, or party and rarely have guests outside occasional family. we are friendly but keep to ourselves as we lead busy lives, and we completely respect your privacy. we do not allow dogs but may accept a cat or different pet on case to case basis. we are not wanting a bunch of kids in a apartment but we might accept one kid or maybe several kids if they just visit or stay occasionally. this also on a case by case basis as we need to know the details to see if it's a good fit for all of us. we don't care if you smoke, just do it outside. we also don't care if you drink, but no alcohol is allowed in the apartment at all for personal reasons. (drink elsewhere). no deposit but must give us at least two weeks notice if you are going to move out. or you can pay $200 if you want to move out immediately. ($200 is what you would have paid for those last two weeks. the rent of $400 covers rent of own room and bathroom, electric bill, water, wifi internet, washer and dryer use, and space in the kitchen cabinets and fridge for your stuff.
