i'm looking for a clean and respectful roommate who would love to share a beautiful victorian home. the house is located on the corner of 19th and d street in midtown sacramento. the house has central heat and air and has newly renovated hard wood floors. the house plenty of street parking. has full functional washer and dryer, no quarters needed. the house is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom, 2 story house.

the room is 12 by 14 feet. all hardwood floors and fresh paint. it has it's own private attached full bathroom. the rent includes gas, water, sewage, gardening and trash. the house has high speed internet and cable ready. there is also additional storage in basement if needed. rent is $750 a month and includes water, sewage, and gas.

the neighborhood is a quite residential neighbor hood with great neighbors. within blocks is the american river bike trail, grocery store, light rail, shopping, restaurants bars & nightlife.

i am luke, a 32 year old male who works part time as a bartender and full time as a webmaster and graphic designer. i live downstairs and have my own bathroom and kitchen. you would almost have the entire house to yourself. i don’t have many people over except for dinner on occasion.

i would love to schedule a time for you to meet us and see the house. the room will be ready to see as early as this january 1st. when is a good time for you and we can set something up.
