room in apartment near the metro available immediately. the location is excellent. it's a very short walk to the silver spring red line stop, bus hub (lines including directly to downtown dc, columbia heights, and u street), multiple grocery stores, and downtown silver spring's restaurants, bars, parks, live venue and famous movie theater.the apartment is spacious and livable. large attractive windows provide plenty of natural light in the common area and the bedrooms. the shared living room has an adjacent kitchen and balcony overlooking a peaceful courtyard. each bedroom includes multiple closets and a bathroom with shower. the unit also includes a dishwasher, washer & dryer, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. the apartment build has 24-hour front-desk security, a workout room, and swimming pool.
