� 3 bedrooms (so including yourself
there would be 3 roommates) and 1
shared full bathroom
� full interior remodel just completed
� dedicated off-street parking space
� access to gas bbq on back porch
� ideally located: 3 minutes to southcenter mall, 5 minutes to airport, close to i-5, i-405, on bus
line 156 (stop is 1 block away)

the room
� ~115 sq. ft
� huge walk-in closet (9'3" x 3'10")
� huge window lets in tons of light
� ceiling fan
� tall ceilings
� can fit a full or queen size bed
� rent is $550 and includes w/s/g, electricity/gas, and wi-fi

potential roommate information

non-negotiables:
� male preferred
� minimum 6 month lease to start
� must pass background and credit checks (bad credit may disqualify you)
� no drugs
� no smoking cigarettes or 420 anywhere on the property (non-negotiable due to allergies)
� no pets. our small dog is king of his castle and not ready to share his home with a serf.
� ok with a dog sometimes greeting you at the back gate when you walk through.
� social drinking is fine, crazy drunk. . .not so much
� drama free
� no loud music in the late evenings. are we saying no loud music, ever? nope. everyone should be allowed to enjoy good music at an increased level, just not when everyone else is trying to sleep.
� acceptable level of hygiene and cleanliness (why would we put this, you ask? one roommate ruined us for life with a lack of showering and cleaning up after himself. . .seriously. . .nightmares.)
� no overnight visitors.
