we are an easy-going couple in search of an easy-going roommate! our home is pretty much brand new, built in august 2010. quick specs: 1,800 square feet, 4 bedrooms/3 bath, 3 car garage, huge front porch, hardwood floors, new appliances, washer/dryer conveniently located upstairs near the bedrooms, and luxurious community pool. our backyard is in the process of being built and landscaped- ready to use in june! we are located in a very nice, serene neighborhood near several shopping centers and southlands. easy access to e-470.rent is $550 plus $65 for utilities. amenities include 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom + office/tv room), private bathroom, internet, cable, washer/dryer, and a guaranteed parking spot. in essence you are getting your own private section of the house. only 1 renter please. lease terms negotiable: 6, 9, or 12 month preferred.

about us:
my husband and i are 28 year old working professionals. i work at a local elementary school, husband works in dtc. when we're not working we enjoy hanging out at home grilling and watching movies, playing card games, frequenting our local happy hour spots, and just enjoying life. we live a drama-free life and expect the same from our tenant. we'd prefer a fellow working professional or hard-working college student. we are clean and clutter free- hoping the same from our renter. we have cats, so be sure you are not allergic. **preferably female renter.
