room is freshly painted. the room is about 10 ft x 12 ft, with a decent size closet. room is unfurnished. i feel people are more comfortable with thier own furinture. have access to kitchen, living room, dinging room, laundry room, back yard. parking on the street. there is no excess storage, so excess must be off site. please no partier, i work strange hours. would prefer no over night guest. but that could change down the road. live close to freeway going any direction, have a starbucks, a sprouts grocery store, a corner store three blocks away. a bus stop down the street, and main bus terminal four blocks away. rent includes all utilities, which is cable, water, pg&e, garbage
