looking for a young professional (male or female) to share my 2 bd 1 bth condo (upstairs unit) located near sdsu. available for move in november 1st or earlier if needed.i currently have two dogs living with me here and am open to having another pet as long as they get along.
i'm a very chill lady, spend most of my time working and enjoy trying out new breweries in the area. looking for someone who enjoys going out as well but doesn't always bring the party home with them. the condo has directv/wifi available, no laundry but coin operated laundromat right down the street. one car garage available for use (i don't use it). extra storage space by garage if needed as well as hall closet and two closets in bedrom for your use.
bedroom for rent is not furnished however the rest of the house is.
rent is 700 (water/trash included) and we would split electric and cable/internet.
