we have a big house and a room that we are not using and we would like to welcome someone who can.the house is 4 bedroom house, the room for rent has 2 windows, it has a nice sice closet and is furnish; however if you want to bring your own, we are cool with that.
we would like to meet with you prior to agree on moving in, so we can get to know you.
we are very clean family and would like someone who can clean after themselves, you will have your own bathdroom to use and we ask that you keep it clean, the same as the kitchen if is used.
one month secure deposit will be requested.
