i am a 26 year old mother of two, and looking for one female roommate, or two females if you don't mind sharing the room. i am particular about who i will let stay with us because i am a mommy, but the room is gigantic, and my kids are very well behaved and sweet. i am in the middle of a divorce, and just have too much space in my place now. i am very clean, and considerate, and hope to find a roommate who is the same. the living area is welcome to your guests, so long as they are well mannered. i'm very social and don't mind company.the deposit is 200 and rent is 400 a month, if sharing the room it is 450, and a 250 deposit, because of an increase in utilities.
