i am looking for someone to rent out the spare room i have vacant in my apartment. the room is a good size- large enough to comfortably fit a queen size bed, dresser, and a desk. the room has a large jack and jill closet that connects and it has laminate hard wood floors, two large windows, and and overhead light/fan. the apartment is one-level, two bedroom and one bathroom, and is approximately 800 sq. ft. i have two cats, one of which i will be rehoming, so after that happens, one other pet is allowed. cats are preferred, but small dogs are okay too. if you have a pet it will be a $400 pet deposit (this is not because of me, it's for the apartment complex). the apartment is fully furnished, other than the bedroom (you would need a bed and any other accessories you prefer). this apartment is located in round rock off of the hutto/taylor exit, close to all amenities (sprouts, multiple gas stations, vets, repair shops, restaurants). if you are interested, please text. do not call. if you are going to call i won't answer so please leave a voicemail. we can set up a time to meet and go over the ins and outs of the place.
