2125 redwing wayhouse is a 2 bedroom 2 bath and large backyard in a quite neighborhood of round rock. minutes from dell. would like to have a new roommate in january. must have steady employment, drug free, smoke free, dog friendly, respectful and easy going personality. rent includes all bills paid; water, basic cable, internet, no gas, electric bill covered if it does not exceed $100. though electric has been below $100 through most of the year, may provide previous bill if asked upon during interview.more about me: single male, easy going, serve in the military and a nurse at a clinic in austin. i do not party often, drink on occasion, do not smoke or use drugs. do have a large weimaraner dog who's very friendly with other dogs. there is a dog park very close to the house, and good running trail if your an active runner.
