about the room:the room is 10x10 with a closet, in a 3 bedroom 2 bath single family home in roseville. the house is minutes from the galleria/fountains as well as grocery, gyms and parks.
no smoking/no drugs/no drama.
whats also included:
full use of the house, including washer/dryer, kitchen, backyard, and garage for storage. the room has a closet and is about the average size of a room in a 3 bedroom house. you would be sharing the bathroom with the male & female roommate. we have a decent size living room and kitchen, nice sized backyard, and storage space within the house. it is a very nice neighborhood.
there are currently 3 others living in the house, 2 females, 1 male. ages 22-24.we are friendly, easy-going, responsible, clean and fun to live with! we have two dogs currently in the house, a 9mo pit bull/boxer and a 1 1/2yr old yorkie. we would prefer to not add another animal yet willing to negotiate, so dog lovers are a plus.
must be clean and have a steady source of income.
no smoking. no lease just month to month with 30 day move out notice.
rent is $375 a month. utilities split four ways with other roommates, typically ranges from $40-60 a month. along with comcast cable & wireless internet.
room available september 1st. move in with first months rent.
room is still occupied at this time.
