would you enjoy being inside the house and looking out through the 20+ windows that overview the national park and the chattahoochee river?
would you like taking a walk before/after work, not just on the streets in the neighborhood, but on the 6 miles of hiking trails behind the house in the national park? (here is a map of the trail: www.nps.gov/chat/planyourvisit/upload/trailmapjones.pdf )
your two large bedrooms (on the second floor) look out on the park! use one of the bedrooms for your exercise room, home office, storage room, personal living room, ...
convenient location for commuting to roswell, alpharetta, johns creek, duluth, norcross, sandy springs, dunwoody, and cumming. great location within 15 minutes for those working in gwinnett technology park off of spalding dr., north point parkway, or windward parkway. house is not too far from perimeter mall area (using the back-way taking spalding drive and dunwood club dr/peeler road)
each of the two large rooms has a full bathroom and large closets. you will share the first floor (kitchen, living room, laundry room, private deck) with the owner.

(the owner is: female, phd, age: mid 50's, & business owner. there are 2 cats and a dog in the house. the three pets are well behaved and friendly. but, i do not want more pets. )
the house is an executive style house in a subdivision of homes valued for $500k to $600k.
the $850 rent includes all utilities.
the rooms are furnished. but, if you have furniture, the existing furniture can be moved out.
this is for one female professional only... no children!... home is very quiet and peaceful. the homeowner works out of the home.
