i am looking for a roommate to help with rent and utilities with immediate move in. renter is approved by landlord. i am currently renting a 4 bedroom 1.5 bath home in white marsh area. i am a rn that works 12 hour night shifts 3x a week (sometimes more if i pick up ot).
i have two dogs (olive, bernese mountain dog that's 2.5 years old and 110lbs & caper, french mastiff who is 1.5 year old and 90lb) and one cat (divot). they're very sweet, obedient and well behaved. renters would have to be a animal/dog lover. renter is not responsible for taking care of animals. animals will only be in basement area when owner is home and are crated when owner is away. the house is a cape cod so you would have two bedrooms on the upper level that are detached and separated by doors with a closet in the middle at the top of the stairs (please see pictures towards the end of the pictures posted above)
the rooms are not furnished but each has access to verizon fios cable and wifi. the kitchen, bathroom and living spaces are fully furnished and able to be shared.

lease option:
9 month lease. renter will be available to renew lease at the end of the 9 months or option to go month to month if approved by landlord. or landlord has the ability to not renew lease and will give the tenant 30 day notice prior to renter needing to vacate.

security deposit: first months rent which will be fully refunded if property is left with no damages done by tenant.

background check and references (2) are required prior to signing lease.

renting options:
1. two rooms detached and separated by doors on upper level. closet in hallway connecting both rooms $800 not including utilities (bg&e, verizon fios cable and internet will be split by landlord and tenant and one other roomate. so split 1/3)
