hey! i'm looking for a new roommate. my friend is renting out the basement of a cute little house in rose park and her landlord is looking for some new tenants for the upstairs.

it has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. i am looking for 1 person to rent with so you would have your own bedroom and i figure we could share the 3rd bedroom as an office/guest room. i have furniture to pretty much fill the space except the room you would use. we can work something out if you have furniture you want to bring as well. there is also a garage in the back that can be used for storage and the yard is completely fenced.

the rent is $800 a month split down the middle (so $400 each) plus utilities which would be split essentially 4 ways (the basement apartment pays 1/2 so we would split the other half). we are still working out details for cable and internet.

i do have 2 cats that would be coming with me. they are both extremely lovable and well behaved. i don't forsee any issues with other animals as long as they get along with the animals at the home (my 2 cats plus my friends downstairs have 2 adorable dogs).

i don't have any preference on you being male or female and i am gay friendly, all i ask is that you be respectful, responsible, and drama free. also smoking is ok outside and alcohol is fine in moderation but absolutely no drugs.

at little bit about me... i am a 24 year old female. i work full time and will be going back to school next semester. it would be best if you were around the same age as my friend and her husband are both in their 20's as well.
