this room is perfect for sonoma state students!! i am graduating from ssu in december, and looking to move back to the east bay, but my rent is not up until this june. i am looking for someone to take over my lease.

i live in a 3 bedroom townhouse with two other girls who are seniors at ssu. the room is downstairs, and has its own bathroom. the other two bedrooms are upstairs and share a bathroom, so this one is the most private. the townhouse is located in a nice community, and is off of country club and is about a 5 minute drive from campus. the house has a nice patio in the backyard, and it has its own washer and dryer upstairs. rent is $550 per month, not including utilities, but our monthly average for utilities has been around $30-40 for each of us. the room will not be furnished, but if you speak to me there is a possibility that i could leave some of my furniture behind instead of putting it in storage.

both of the girls who live here are very friendly and like to keep things relatively clean. you must be willing to do your share around the house (taking out the trash, doing your dishes, vacuuming etc), and communicating with the other roommates is a must! e-mail if you are interested so that i can find out more about you and if you would be a good fit with the two girls living here! i'm looking to find someone to take my place asap since i graduate dec. 16! we are looking for preferably a female roommate! thanks!
