i am looking for a roommate (preferably male) to share a 2bed/2bath apartment in rockville. the rent is $900 plus utilities and available beginning in early july. must be ok with living with a dog.

the apartment complex is great- everything is brand new, and there is free access to the pool and gym facilities, they also offer free movie rentals! it's walking distance to the shady grove metro and close to shopping and restaurants

about me: i'm a recent grad who is moving to the d.c. area to start a new job. i'm a fairly laid back guy who likes to keep active and is a pretty big sports fan. i like to keep my living space neat but i'm not a clean-freak. i will be spending my weekdays in the 9-5 grind, but like to kick back and relax on the weekends and am very interested in exploring what d.c. has to offer.

about you: a 20-something young professional or graduate student who wouldn't mind hanging out and watching some tv or going to an occasional happy hour and is use to pitching in with basic household chores.

i also have a 3 year old boxer dog who is very friendly, and you are welcome to have your dog move in as well!
