two male housemates looking to rent a third room. the house is in great condition with brand new screened windows and the house was recently painted. we have a pool table and use a projector to watch shows on the big screen. the vacant room has a large closet and two sets of windows on two different walls. dogwood park is less than 5 minutes walking distance away. the park has basketball and tennis courts and other common things you would find in a park. there is a great shopping center with a food lion, starbucks, d&d, and several other restaurants less than 5 minutes drive. we are minutes away from the 270 4a exit and similarly close to rockville pike. also, montgomery college is about 10 minutes away for any interested students. the rent is all utilities included with access to a good washer and dryer. we also have great neighbors!we are looking for someone who is relaxed and easy-going but will still help maintain a clean positive living environment. we both play basketball so, if you do, that is a plus.
