room description: the room has a queen-sized bed with a walk-in closet and full bathroom. there is also an armoire with a chest that you may use. room rent includes all utilities, water, trash and recycling pickup, cleaning of room and bathroom, and high speed internet. kitchen privileges and full laundry available.
rental terms: one month's security deposit will be due with first month's rent. rent is due on the 1st of the month-no exceptions. please be an on-time, dependable renter!

-montgomery college rockville is 15 mins away, montgomery college takoma park is about 20 mins away. university of maryland is 25-30 mins away.
-close to many government agencies such as fda, nrc, nih, noaa, etc. hospitals, and many private companies in the rockville/silver spring are a 10-15 min drive.
