i am a young professional in the rockford area looking for a roommate. i am laid back, outgoing and respectful. i graduated from the university of illinois in champaign and i’ve been in the area for about a year, although i frequently visit friends in chicago on the weekends. i am relatively clean, but not a neat freak. i recently bought a house, but found it to be too big for one person and i’d like to find a roommate around the same age with similar lifestyle to share it with.
my house is approximately 1800 square foot ranch style located on spring creek. i have a furnished bedroom (bed, dresser, and mirror) with closet (you are more than welcome to bring your own bed and dresser) and private bathroom. the house has a two car garage with finished basement and washer and drier. it is central to shopping and local community colleges. pets will be considered on a case by case. please give me a call or drop me a message if you are interested.
