the rent covers utilities, high speed internet, and cable. the roommate would be welcome to share the rest of the home including an elliptical. the neighborhood is quiet and safe and has a walking trail and swimming pool.

a little bit about me...i have an easy going personality and i laugh a lot. i am not a neat freak, but i do perfer to keep my home tidy. i work full time and i'm a full time graduate student; therefore, when i'm actually home during the week i enjoy relaxing. i'm not a home body so i come and go and travel as much as possible. i have an indoor cat and would be willing to have a roommate with a cat as long as the animals got along.
