hey there! i have a room in a two bedroom house by in the winton/east main area available (not huge but can fit a queen bed and some dressers comfortably). house is fully furnished except for your room. laundry on site. rent includes internet/ basic cable (have hulu and netflix avail in the living room)/ heat. fenced in backyard in a quiet neighborhood . driveway/garage is available for you only at the moment as i don't have a car right now. i work full time and am looking for someone who is clean, willing to do your share around the house and be fun to be around. we don't have to be best friends but if we can get along that would be great!
