i'm a 25 year old male looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath (shower/tub) apartment. i work full time during the day and am home most nights. i am fairly quiet but noise does not bother me. the monthly rent is $475.00 which includes heat and water. there is a washer and dryer located in the building, which is shared by 8 apartments. the only thing not included is the electric which is usually around $45.00 a month. there is a private bathroom located right off the room that is up for rent. the kitchen comes with a refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric stove, and microwave. the building is pet friendly and allows most dogs and all cats. the apartment includes the following; pool, hot tub, gym, free wifi (in rustic library), bus stops(frequent stops that travel to rit and university of rochester), free trash removal, storage unit, 24 emergency maintenance, security (patrols parking lots at night), tennis court, basketball court, and free movie rentals.
