we are looking for a roommate. here is what we have to offer: we have almost 2 acres of land in riverview. we have a nice 5 bedroom-2 bath home. we have a pool. we have a boat. our roommate moved out to live with his girl friend. he had been with us for 2 years. we are a married couple with 2 children. a boy who is 11 and a girl who is 14. we have dogs. 3 small and one large. 2 cats. we both work full time and are very down to earth. we are looking for someone who can fit right in with us and our family. can be nuts at times. our kids are respectful. we keep a clean house. you will have a room in the front of the house. (the garage was converted). you will share the hall bath. you will have access to our home. washer, dryer, etc...we cook approx 5 days a week. friday nights are pizza night. the rent will include everything. room, electric, water, washer and dryer use, cable, internet, etc. you must have references. you cannot be a slob. no food left in your room. you get the idea. we are cool people. we both smoke in case you need to know that. rent is $600 a month due on the first of every month. there is a deposit of $600 due as well.
