i work long hours and have a toddler to care for as well. i'm also taking classes. when i'm home i'm usually tired and trying maximize the time i spend with my kid. i am looking for a female roommate. i would prefer to rent the room to one person but will consider renting to a single mom with one child if the child has a consistent bedtime schedule and is well behaved. smoking (electronic cigaretts or otherwise), alcohol and drugs and profanity are absolutely not allowed (no exceptions). no overnight guests are allowed and no frequent guests. i am very clean (trash is taken out sometimes twice daily) and i would expect the same from my renter. i enjoy cooking and if i’m making a large meal wouldn’t mind sharing it but would expect that you do your own grocery shopping, cooking and cleaning. i do have an extra refrigerator /freezer for you to use. i am in the process of furnishing the room with a bed and bedding. this is an oversized bedroom so there will be room for a bed, desk and bookshelf if needed and still more than enough space to move around. i anticipate move in the first of jan 16, 2016 but may be willing to rent sooner if i find a good match. my #1 responsibility is to provide a clean, safe, loving christian home for my child. i will run a background check both credit and criminal which you would need to pay for. i would like to meet a few times with the interested parties to make sure we’re a good match prior to having you sign a rental agreement. i was unable to add this in the deposit portion but the deposit is $500 along with the first month rent (totaling $1200). rent includes all utilities. my condo has a washer and dryer in unit which you have full access to. you have a private bathroom but will need to exit the bedroom to access bathroom.
