hi,

i am a young professional male looking to find housemates in a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom
house in the college park and greenbelt area. the house is amazing, with hardwood and
laminate floors, two kitchens, and a large living room area. it is located within minutes of
college park and greenbelt metros as well as close to shopping centers, a movie theater,
i-95 and i-295. there are three available bedroom upstairs which are perfect for singles
and a basement downstairs which could house a family of 3-4 (2 bedrooms, kitchen,
bathroom). i am asking for $1200/month + utilities to rent out the whole basement and
$600/month+utilities to rent out the bedrooms upstairs. longer term renters are preferred.
