i have a 12 x 9 bedroom for rent. includes full sized bed, dresser, ceiling fan, high speed internet, and tv. utilities are included. share bathroom, living room, kitchen and large deck.would prefer over 30, but will consider all. no boyfriend/girlfriend drama! no smoking. i have 2 friendly dogs that will be part of our household.
this house is on one level, ideal fro someone with walking problems. (i would consider someone with a live in care-giver, and can make room for this situation). ideal for anyone looking to reduce their expenses for any number of reasons.
located 8 minutes walk from the ivanho metra station, express train is a 20 minute ride to downtown chicago. walk to cvs, fairway grocery store. close to south suburban college. nice, quiet walkable neighborhood. i am a chill working female over 50. i am asking for $150 security deposit (1 week) and $20 for background check. i understand anyone looking to rent a room may not have perfect credit, but i do need someone who can afford to pay the rent and has some stability.
