large & sunny, fully furnished 180q ft room for rent in ridgewood. room has large deep closet with mirror, sitting couch, armoire dresser, bookshelf & queen sized bed with spa mattress. the room is bright and quiet tucked away at the back of the apartment.clean and quiet building in a safe and convenient neighborhood. close to everything: shopping, gyms, restaurants, laundry, trains and buses. 2 minute walk to the m train (fresh pond road), 15 min walk to the l train (myrtle-wyckoff ave). 24 minute direct subway ride to lower manhattan, 5 min ride to bushwick, 10 min drive to williamsburg.
valentinos, a famous italian grocery store has the best produce and organic/imported foods is on the corner. rosa's is also famous for its by-the-slice pizza is a few minutes walk away. the entire apartment has a wireless internet connection. recessed lighting in the hallways, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room in the sunny bathroom which has a spa rain shower head. the entire apartment gets good light and is tucked away from any street noise.
single person occupancy only. i am not a broker, therefore there are no broker fees involved. heat and hot water are included. background and credit check will be run. this is a very quiet building - clean and respectful person desired. no smoking, no pets, -- sorry, building policy. this is a 12 month lease, no short term rental inquiries please. available june 1st.
