hi i am a recent college graduate and a new homeowner, and i am renting out my spare bedrooms. i have one room left, if you are a chill person this is the place for you.about the house:
i am 23 years old and so is the other renter in the house, we have known each other for a long time. we are both chill, so there should not be any problems as long as everyone respects each others space/time and cleans after themselves. i have two well behaved dogs (one golden retriever and one dachshund), so if you don't like dogs this is probably not the place for you.

you will pay a flat fee of $500 a month that includes your private bedroom, shared bathroom, space in an additional closet, access to the living room (has a tv and a ps4 for gaming/movies/shows), access to the kitchen (personal private cupboard area, 1/3 of the fridge and freezer, and other kitchen appliances), access to a washer and dryer, and to the backyard. wifi and all utilities are included.
additional info:
i am open to possibly allowing a small, caged pet, this depends on they size and type. no cats, as the other roommate is allergic. i have two dogs so this will have to be taken into consideration. an additional pet fee would be added to the rent if i decide to allow your pet.
rules:
1) pay your rent on time. (1st of the month)
2) no visitors are allowed into the room - no overnight guests
3) zero tolerance drug policy
4) no smoking
5) no heavy alcohol consumption
6) absolutely no illegal activities
7) be respectful at all times -- do not cause problems for others
8) no parties or loud music, allowing for a quiet atmosphere at all times
9) quiet hours are 10pm - 7am
10) clean up behind yourself
i will do a background check, and will need proof of employment. a security deposit of 1 months rent is required to move in, and will be given back if room is not damaged. if you are interested, respond and tell me about yourself.
