the rent is $250 and includes utilities. i would prefer that you chip in on the cost of internet, which is usually only $20 or so a month. pets are allowed, but cost $25 extra a month. pets must be friendly with my dog also.the apartment is located off 2nd street. it's a very nice area, and very close to pretty much everything in richmond. it's less than 10 mins to campus.
the apartment is two floors, with two bedrooms and bath upstairs. the living room, dining area and kitchen are already furnished, but i can make room for other people's things. the bedroom is unfurnished, however.
