we are renting a room in a 4br townhouse in the richmond hill/kew gardens area. apt will be available asap or start on october 15th. it is a fun neighborhood, full of bars, restaurants, and easy accessibility to public transportation (j/z/e/a q10 lirr) roommates are 3 females, & young professionals. both are busy but sociable, responsible, friendly, and kind. we occasionally all go out for drinks or fun time in the city. rent is $675/ mth, with utilities included. there will be a security deposit of $675 which will be returned to you at the end of your stay, as long as there isn't any damage to the room. ideal candidate will be 25+, responsible, and friendly (all of things that everyone usually wants). looking for: an easy going, clean, fun yet hardworking, non smoker (or outdoor smoker) to share the space with. respond to the ad & to tell me about yourself and ask any questions about the place. thanks and happy hunting!
