i will be moving into a 3 bedroom house aug. 1st near utd and am seeking a roommate (preferably young professional male or female 23-33). at the moment, i am seeking 1 roommate and would like to use the other room as an office area, storage for my drums or guest room. the backyard is very big and a nice porch area for grilling or evening hangouts. there is a two car garage, washer/dryer, and the place will mostly be furnished.rent still needs to be negotiated with the landlord, but will most likely be between $1100-$1200 = $600/month each at most. i will be subletting until the lease ends sept 1 and will resign the lease starting then.
i'm a 27 year old currently working as an office assistant and trying to land a non-profit/marketing gig in the dallas area. i have one small cat who is playful and for the most part friendly. i have a girlfriend of 3 years who also lives in the area and would be around at times as well. i play drums, love ultimate frisbee, listening to records, and developing a new hobby of wood working. i am clean for the most part, do not smoke (would prefer non smokers). i don't drink at the moment but don't mind if you do. i attend chase oaks church sunday mornings and love going to estate sales on the weekend. please message me or email about yourself, what you're looking for and if you're interested!
