i have 2 rooms for rent in richardson, near utd off of campbell road.3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage, fenced backyard, fireplace, 2 living areas, den/office, big kitchen, laundry area, quiet home with hvac, constant hot water for all of your showering and cleaning needs in a quiet neighborhood.
i am 31, professional, music loving traveler, dog mom of 2 (very polite and friendly), responsible and eco-friendly. i have 2 vehicles, there's a garage, driveway and street parking.
i rarely have guests over, but they are welcome if they're cool and respectful.
the two rooms for rent are standard bedroom size, both with windows and ceiling fans, and walk-in closets.
i'd prefer no other animals, but open to negotiation. no smoking inside. i'm not a drinker or smoker, but what you do is your business as long as it doesn't interfere with mine or my dogs.
