the house from which i am renting the room is located directly on the bus line to csun, on the corner of saticoy and reseda. it's 3 blockas away from albertsons, food 4 less, banks, food and much more. we are within just a few miles of the northridge mall and pierce college. i am very interested in renting this room as soon as possible. ideally, i would like a responsible and attentive person that is partaking in their own individuality while still having a "home" environment available outside their door. very late nights and smoking, partying, multiple visitors would not be allowed in the room. basically, it's very conducive to a studious/hardworking and low key person, just as we are. thanks for your interest, feel free to contact me at anytime for information.
