i have a room and bathroom to rent in my 1300+ sq. ft. condo in renton close to renton technical college. it's a 2 bed, 2 1/2 bath unit, so you get your own bed/bath. open concept living with 9 foot ceilings, gas fireplace, and patio. kitchen opens to dining area and living room. main level half bath. it's a quiet gated area with parking in front of the unit. there are several bus lines within short walking distance. bus lines 105 and 111 are a 2 minute walk and 114 and 908 are a 9 minute walk. really close to highways 405, 169, and 900. the rent is $800 and all utilities, which include high speed internet, are split in half. my new roommate will have access to all common areas of the home; living room, kitchen, loft, laundry area, and downstairs bathroom. ideally, i'm looking for someone to stay at least six months and a non-smoker. i am in my late 20's, male, and pretty easy going. if this sounds like it might suit you, contact me. thanks!
