we have a downstairs, private room for rent in our four bedroom home in renton in the fairwood area. the downstairs bedroom has it's own bathroom and living area. it is partially furnished.we are mid-20's couple with a 3-year old. we are good people; mature, honest, financially responsible, layed back, and friendly. we keep a clean and organized home. our kid goes to sleep at 8:30pm on the nights she is here which is wed, thurs, fri - she is here during the day monday-saturday depending on when her mother works. don't mind if you want to have guests as long as they are friendly, drama free and respectful to noise levels. smoking is ok as long as it's outside - we smoke. dogs ok as long as it's potty trained, fed regularly, trained to be around children, and won't dig up my garden. we work hard and like to hang out and have a good time but we don't do drugs and we don't drink heavily so we ask that you are like minded.
it's four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, game room, kitchen, dining room, garage, backyard, front yard - lots of space! we are fully furnished so if you have a lot of furniture you will need to store it because we really don't have room.
-rent is $700
- direct tv is $30
- comcast wireless internet is $25
- water/sewage is every other month $40
- $80 depending on usage
- trash is every 3 months $90
- gas/electricity has been $75ish depending on usage (these are all the split cost rough estimate).
so all in all it's about $850 - $950 each month for everything depending on usage. we do require an application turned in for background check ($40 app fee) and a roomate rental agreement. we are asking for a $700 deposit plus first month's rent. you will have your own walk through of the room/bathroom prior to moving in. we do ask that if you move in, it's on a month to month basis and if you plan on moving, you give 30-days notice. the room is available the 1st of july or a little before that.
