you also have full use of large family room including the 50" television and wet bar with micro and refrigerator. kitchen is available for occasional use.

$1200 a month includes all utilities (additional fee to add cable to bedroom)

rent includes one bedroom, shared upstairs, in house washer/dryer. some furniture; can stay or can be removed. second bedroom available for additional $300/mo. or it may be rented to another in the future.

must be ok with small dogs, but no other pets please, non-smoker (or outside only), employed full time or retired.

move in date would be april 1st with a 1 year lease (find a replacement if you need to leave early). looking for someone in mid 40's +, clean, and friendly!
