we are welcoming the opportunity in opening our town home apartment for a renter in our main floor bedroom. we are a friendly married couple looking for problem free individual, no noisy patterns or drama. it is a larger than average size room with a long mirrored closet. bathroom is shared outside of room although there is another we'll mostly use upstairs. unfortunately there is no cable hook up in the room nor do we currently subscribe to cable service. the property is safe and mostly quiet, although there are plenty of children that play outside in various places. parking is sometimes a problem but when you get a system down it usually works out. sorry no pets at this time. and no smoking. expect a prescreening interview meet & greet upon our search process. thank you.
