i am a professional male looking to keep my apartment after my roommates has decided to get a smaller place after several years. i currently work from home for the next 6-8 months and will be home during the days. i went to usc and have a lot of my old classmates in the neighborhood, we have a very laid back house and would like to keep it that way. i'm hoping to find a like minded responsible professional with a dependable income. hopefully this person likes the occasional bbq or likes some of the same recordings i have on tivo. i keep a pretty clean shared area, i think it is repectful in case your roommates have guest over. we are walking less than a mile from the beach, and beach bars. the local neighborhood is pretty quiet overall but it's a great place. look forward to hearing from you!
