four adults and one extremely chill dog are currently sharing a large home near microsoft / nintendo / digi-pen / kirkland / bellevue etc. we actually have two rooms available, but were were thinking of renting one and keeping the other one as a guest room. you can pick whichever one you like more.

the upstairs room is the larger of the two and has a respectable closet, and the upstairs room gets way more light. the downstairs room would be perfect for someone looking for a cozy cave as a bedroom. (it has a window and is big enough for a queen size bed down there, but it just feels a little smaller.) both rooms are available now, but an april 1 move in would allow us to finish fixing up the downstairs bathroom.

we have plenty of common space that you're welcome to share, including a spacious kitchen, living room with a fireplace, and a bonus room with a projector. we have fios wired internet and wifi, plus cable.

we're a good fit for extroverts or introverts. we like game nights and having people over for cooking/discussion events, and a couple times per year we throw a larger party like a blues dancing night. someone who wants to connect with his or her roommates would be a great match. for quieter folks, we have plenty of private corners and can be respectful of your space (i myself am an introvert, and it's quiet enough that i do fine here.)

there are multiple bus stops nearby (convenience varies depending on your ultimate destination, but it's not bad for eastside). there's also plenty of parking in our neighborhood, including right in front of the house.

pets are fine on a case-by-case basis. we would need to do a test meet up to make sure your pet and our pet get along okay, and we would need a pet deposit.

we prefer a lease situation, but we can be flexible about length as long as we know ahead of time what to expect.
