4: the place:your is about 10x 12 i think lol. fits a queen,desk dresser,lamps etc, pretty spacious.

mins drive to downtown bellevue (less than 10 mins), microsoft (about 5-10 mins), bcc (about 10 mins), kirkland (less than 5 mins), even seattle (15-20 mins) as we are right next to 520 (less than 2 mins) :-)
5: to move in: (available the 15th)
first and last month's rent plus one months rent for a deposit will move you in:)
(the first month rent is due when you move in. deposit and last months rent can be spaced out in payments for the right person.)
$40- background check fee :) (make sure you aren't an ax murderer)-and if you are moving in, i will even add the $40 for the check to your first months rent :)
