looking for someone who's in need of a temporary place to live! i'm leaving my current lease and have a room available now. the lease end is january 14, 2018. you can choose to renew the lease for an additional year if you'd like. looking to have someone moved in asap.the room is available in a 2 bed/2 bathroom condo unit in a quiet neighborhood of redmond, just off redmond way.
the condo is located on the ground floor (accessible via 3 steps). utilities, electricity, and internet and split evenly (usually total $100 to $150). the room has its own bathroom located just down the hall. you will also have access to a designated covered parking space outside the unit. there is a washer and dryer included, along with plenty of storage space in the closets.
no pets, smoking, or drugs please.
the condo is in a great location, within minutes of marymoor park, microsoft campus, downtown redmond and kirkland. walking distance to bus stop. downtown bellevue is 15 minutes' drive, while downtown seattle is 30.
you will have 1 roommate, a 29 year old professional working for microsoft. he's laid back, clean, and enjoys being outdoors. friendly and extremely easy to get along with!
