we have a room available for rent in a three bedroom two bathroom house in west redding. it is a convenient location - walking distance to holiday market, seven eleven and downtown. we have a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room, good size backyard, a deck and a patio that you can use. the room is approximately 12 x 13 feet. the house has ac and ceiling fans. you would have to share a bathroom with the person who occupies another bedroom. we have two very loving dogs, so you have to like animals. as far as occupants, i am a chico state student and stay in chico sunday through thuesday; my husband works graveyard shift and sleeps during the day and the other occupant works part time and goes to cosmetology school. the house is a lot of time empty. we are looking for a responsible, respectful and clean person to share the house with. no drugs, heavy drinking and partying please. rent is $300 plus your share of utilities. if it is something you are looking for, please email me for questions and set up time to look at the room. thank you.
