hi! i am looking to rent out the basement of my three-level townhome. the basement consists of a flex room (similar to a smaller living/family room), full private bathroom, one bedroom with walk-in closet, and attached to the flex room is a walk-out sliding door to patio overlooking a walking path and pond. i have a two-car garage, so you can park in the garage as well. we would have the following shared spaces: kitchen, deck, living room and laundry.i am located in ramsey with easy access to hwy 10. i'm a 35-yr-old single mother of a 3-yr-old boy. his father and i share 50/50 custody. we also have a dog that we share 50/50 custody with as well. she's a sweet girl, very friendly, and she stays upstairs. i work for the mn judicial branch in a professional role; therefore, i prefer no drama or immaturity and especially no drugs, crime, abuse, etc. i am a very social person, however, i do like my quiet time. i am looking to rent the basement including all utilities, as well as internet, sling tv (i have roku), and netflix, for $650 a month.
