ci own a townhome in between crabtree valley mall and brier creek. the neighborhood is quiet and nice with many families and young professionals. the downstairs has wood floors and the kitchen has granite counter tops. i can send pics if requested. . upstairs 3 bedrooms. you would have your own bedroom and bathroom as well as a 2nd room that you can use as a den/office. very ideal for a grad student. the rooms are furnished however the furniture could be stored and you could use your own. utilities and basic cable are included.a little about me: i am 47 single professional female with two cats. i would say that i am average in cleanliness, i am not a huge neat freak. outside of work i like to "cook" some or go out to eat, exercise (i try!), read, hang out with friends. i'm pretty laid back and try not to sweat the small stuff. sometimes i like a big crowd, concert or events and sometimes i just like relaxing in. i would love a roommate that i could watch movies with or grab dinner and a drink with! if this sounds like a good fit please contact me and we can talk more about details. thank you!
