hi there,

i'm leasing my room until the end of march in a town home right by crabtree mall. it is an apartment complex, but technically the units are town homes. it is a 3bd, 3ba on an end unit (more space out and quiet!). you would be living with two females in their mid 20s, both professional, clean, keep to themselves, friendly, and down to earth! your room will be on the second level with your own private bathroom. the room is unfurnished, however the common areas are furnished already (living room, kitchen supplies, dining area, washer/dryer). pets are accepted for just $10 extra each month - but we would prefer a cat over a dog.

the complex features lighted tennis court and basketball court, outdoor pool, 24/7 complimentary gym, dog park and running trail. location is ideal, and you are able to turn in your rent checks separately from your roommates (so no transferring money!). utilities include electric, water and time warner cable which add up to about $130 for each person.

all that is required for a "deposit" is a $50 application fee. once you are approved, you will be responsible for the rent (will negotiate depending on date of move).

my lease runs until the end of march, however, my roommates will be renewing for another year - so you have that option as well.
