i am looking for a roommate to rent the second bedroom in my 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. the lease is until june and we can discuss renewing then. rent is $645 each and including utilities, water, internet, washer/dryer it ranfes from $720 to $750 a month total. i would like to find someone that can move in in december or beginning of january. i live in a luxury apartment off of six forks rd, 5 minutes from north hills, and 10 minutes from the middle of downtown. the apartment includes walk-in closets, large balcony, a resort style pool, three exercise rooms, theater room, gas grills, fire pit, and elevators. the bedroom you would be renting is unfurnished. pets are accepted, but there is a weight limit and $10 monthly fee.

i am a 26 year old female that teaches at an elementary school. i love being social but also having my down time. typically during the week i am busy with work and am in bed by 10, but on occasion i will have a friend over for dinner. during the weekends i enjoy meeting up with friends for dinner and drinks downtown or having a couple people over. i'm past the crazy partying stage of my life but i do enjoy having fun. i don't mind if you have overnight guests or friends over, as long as they are respectful and it's not excessive.

i would prefer to find a female between 23-35 that has a similar lifestyle as me. i would like to have someone that enjoys socializing but knows how to be respectful and not too crazy, especially during the week. also, my ideal roommate would be able to keep common areas tidy. i'm not a neat freak but also don't want clutter all over the living room or dishes adding up in the sink. if you have a pet, that should be fine as long as i am not expected to care for it and it is friendly/well behaved. i would like for the apartment to feel shared, and not like you are moving into my space.
