i'm looking for a great roommate to share my 2 br/2br apartment! january rent is already paid, so move in now and don't pay anything until feb. 1!! its a new apartment complex with lots of amenities: outdoor pool, weight room, club house, etc. kitchen and living / dining room are furnished and shared. your room and bathroom come unfurnished and ready for move-in!

the room has a large closet with mirror spanning one side of the room and a full private bath in the hallway. the location is central to just about everything in the triangle. just minutes from pnc arena and carter-finley stadium (wolfpack football). the road in front of the apartment complex is safe, quiet, and pretty (tree-lined).

looking for a clean, friendly roommate who loves the location and wants to take advantage of the cost savings of having a roommate. $575 all inclusive!! high speed internet, water, electric, trash, etc. no cable but you are welcome to order it. $50 application fee required by the apartment complex.
